Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she participated in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary) but was not selected for interview. Petitioner prays for consideration of her representation which was made for reevaluation of academic qualification including professional qualification in order to appraise petitioner's candidature.

The learned advocates representing the respondents have drawn attention of this Court to the order dated 12th July, 2024 passed by this Court on an another writ petition being WPA 6360

of 2022 which was preferred by the present petitioner.

The said writ petition was also touching upon the issue relating to participation of the petitioner in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary) and on considering the merit of that writ petition same was dismissed.

Subsequently, petitioner is estopped from taking new points relating to the issue involved in the previous writ petition since it is barred by constructive res judicata.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
