The petitioner prays for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 Cr.P.C.

Records reflect that on 05.01.2024 without any step the complainant was absent and the learned Judicial Magistrate fixed 17.04.2024 as the next date in connection with case No.4679/22. The petitioner would ensure his presence on the said date and take steps in accordance with law.

As the petitioner is appearing in person, the contents of the revisional application suffers from certain defects. Having regard to the spirit of the application, I am of the view that the Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar would ensure his presence and see to that his grievances are addressed. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 625 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
