The present application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the petitioners in connection with in connection with Criminal Misc. Case No. 192/2021 arising out of Baishnabnagar P.S. Case No.662 of 2020 dated 24-112020 under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act(G. R. Case No. 5395/2020).

After considering the case diary produced before us by the learned advocate for the State and the other incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioners disclosing prima facie involvement of the present petitioners in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to release the present petitioners on bail and as such, the prayer for bail of the present petitioner is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 1669 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
