1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. When the matter is sought to be moved, it transpires that there is an equally efficacious alternative remedy in the form of challenge before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 3672 of 2023 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move the appropriate forum with the challenge as preferred in the present writ petition.

4. It is made clear that the merits of the writ petition have not been gone into by this Court.

5. If so approached within a week from date, it is expected that the Regulatory Authority shall

decide the matter as expeditiously as the business of the said forum permits.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
