1. By way of this public interest litigation the petitioner alleges that they are all cultivating the land in question and there is a threat of summary eviction. The petitioner has not been able to point out any record to show as to how he came into possession of the property and there is no land record to support the case of the petitioner and merely because he has entered upon the property illegally and is cultivating the property cannot confer any right on the petitioner.
