The same was submitted before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Naida on 29th December, 2023.

It appears that charge sheet has already been submitted before the learned Trial Court.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised.
