The present revisional application has been preferred against the orders dated 1.9.2017 and 2.2.2018 passed by the learned Judge, 1st Special Court, Bankura in connection with Special Case No.3 of 2014 arising out of Onda P.S. Case No.175 of 2012.

The grievance of the petitioners relates to issuance of warrant of arrest. Records reflect that the matter was taken up on 15.5.2018, when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners to represent the case. Today, when the matter has been taken up, none appeared for the petitioners to apprise this court regarding the present stage of the subject matter of warrant of arrest.

As such, I am of the considered view that no interference is called for in this revisional application. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR No.383 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order so passed, if any, is hereby vacated. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned court below within a period of seven days from date.
