The petitioner is aggrieved by nonfinalization of panel and/or approval of the panel by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas ,for filling up the post of Clerk in Malangapara Kailas Chandra Bhattacharya Institution, District - North 24 Parganas. The interview was conducted on 23rd November, 2007.

This Court is of the view that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
