In the matter of : An application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Anwar Hossain Mr. Nirupam Dhali ...for the State The present revisional application has been preferred for quashing of the charge-sheet filed by the Investigating Agency in connection with Uttarpara P.S. Case No.572 of 2017 dated 9.7.2017 under sections 448/354/504/506 IPC. The charge-sheet reflects that the allegations are under sections 448/354/504/506 IPC and the cause of grievance of the present petitioners are wholly based on number of litigation pending between the parties. Records of this revisional application reflect that on 15.5.2018 when the matter was called by a co-ordinate of this court, none represented the petitioners. Today also, when the matter has

been taken up, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the situation, that number of litigations are pending amongst them, liberty is granted to the petitioners to bring the same to the notice of the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR No.389 of 2018 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order so passed, if any, is hereby vacated. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned court below within a period of seven days from date.
