It is submitted on behalf of the said opposite party that he has contested the case though, however, mistakenly, in this Court's order dated 5th April, 2023, name of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 has not been reflected.

In such circumstances, it is prayed for on behalf of the said opposite party that necessary order may be passed to incorporate the name of the learned advocates in the final order of this Court, disposing of the present case. On perusal of the order sheet in this case, it appears that Mr. Anindya Ghosh alongwith Mr. Pronojit Roy appeared for the opposite party as above, in the matter.

Accordingly, it is directed that the presence of Mr. Anindya Ghosh alongwith Mr. Pronojit Roy shall be recorded on the last date of hearing and order, i.e., on 5th April, 2023.

This order shall form part and parcel of the earlier order dated 5th April, 2023.
