Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate along with Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate who are present in court and who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State are directed to appear on behalf of the State. Department is directed to regularize their appointments in due course. Records reveal that the petitioners have approached this Court for quashing of the charge-sheet which was filed in connection with Uttarpara Police Station Case No. 110 of 2017 dated 10.02.2017 under Sections 341/325/509/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As the petitioners approached this court at a premature stage prior to receipt of the documents under
Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I do not think that it would be fit and proper to interfere at this stage of the proceedings. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.
