Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners 03.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.18 Rakib complain that there has been atrocity at the behest of the police authorities, inspite of earlier directions passed in WPA 12148 of 2023. Learned advocate for the petitioners complain that inspite of representation made by the Food Corporation of India that in the said writ petition that the petitioner's land is no longer required, the private respondent no.10 is pursuing to grab the land of the petitioners. To that effect informations were furnished to the police authorities but the police authorities did not take any action, on the other hand petitioners have been foisted with two criminal cases.

I have considered the enclosures and I find that the Hon'ble High Court was pleased to pass order on 21.06.2023 while the representation which has been relied upon by the petitioner is of 13.04.2023.

Having considered that the petitioners pursuant to the earlier direction has not made any proper representation before the police authorities, I am not inclined to interfere with the present writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 3750 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
