The petitioner is in custody for more than 630 days. Two out of twenty-six witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is the husband of the unfortunate wife who was taken to a rental accommodation by the husband and found dead on the very next morning.

Considering the material available in the Case Diary connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
