This is a long pending revisional application relatable to 2011, wherein the order passed by learned Executive Magistrate, Asansol, under Section 144 Cr.P.C. in M.P. Case No.811 of 2010 is under challenge.

Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.496 of 2011 accordingly stands dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to the concerned learned Executive Magistrate for information within a week from hence.
