Petitioner claims to be owner of a property and complains that the private respondent no.5 is encroaching her property. Additionally, it has been submitted that although the police authorities have registered a case being Bankura Women Police Station Case No.134 of 2022, but no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have effectively conducted the investigation and submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court on or about November, 2022.

There have been subsequent steps taken on the basis of M.P. Case No.238 of 2024. Police authorities have already kept a strict vigil. I direct the police authorities would continue surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent no.5.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3780 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
