Petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred against an order of conviction and sentence passed by the ld. JM, 3rd Court, Bankura in Complaint Case No. 214C of 2015 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

The said judgment and order was affirmed in Criminal Appeal No. 25 of 2018 by the ld. Appellate Court vide its order dated 28.3.2019.

The revisional application was earlier called on 13th of September, 2023, when none represented the petitioner. The revisional application was also called on 1st of March, 2024 and today, i.e., 4th of March, 2024, when none represents the petitioner.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 555 of 2023 is dismissed for default.

The ld. JM, 3rd Court, Bankura will execute the sentence in Complaint Case No. 214C of 2015, if the same has already not been executed till date.
