In the matter of:- Srikanta Kumar Bag No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing.

No accommodation is sought.

Earlier on 08.06.2011 and 23.09.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the matter was fixed for final disposal on 24.09.2021. On that day, i.e. on 24.09.2021, a learned advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner and prayed for adjournment.

However, thereafter on three dates, i.e.

on 27.09.2021, 04.10.2021 and 05.10.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. Accordingly, the revisional application and the connected application are dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
