Petitioner is in custody for two years. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and was a member of the group who had fired at the victim resulting in his death. Bail prayer was rejected earlier.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
