1. Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated July 27, 2023 passed in WP.ST. 129 of 2024.

2. Writ petition was directed against an order passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal rejecting the prayer for regularization made by the petitioner. We upheld the order of the tribunal on the ground that the petitioner was a part time employee and was never would appoint to such post through a regular selection process. We, however, expressed the fact that the department will pay the just entitlement of the petitioner in accordance with the services rendered by the petitioner within a period specified therein.

3. Petitioner claims that just entitlements are yet to be paid to him. However, the petition is bereft of any particulars as to the entitlement of the petitioner or claim with regard thereto.

4. In absence of any claim being put forward, it is not possible to adjudicate on the 'just entitlement' of the petitioner in a contempt jurisdiction.

5. In such circumstances, we are not minded to invoke either Article 215 of the Constitution of India or Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

6. CPAN/300/2025 is accordingly dismissed.
