Sufia Bibi The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for. The appellant was also not present on the earlier occasion.

It appears from the office report dated January 7, 2022 that service of notice could not be effected upon the appellant as the appellant had left the address mentioned in the cause title of the memorandum of appeal.

The second appeal is of the year 1999. The stamp reporter reported on July 21, 1999 that the certified copy of the decree of the trial court has not been filed. The appellate decree affirming the decree of the trial court is under challenge. It clearly shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal as no attempt was made to cure the defect since July 1999.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for noncompliance of our order dated January 4, 2022. There will be no order as to costs.
