Apparently, an incident of assault took place with regard to a property dispute.

There is a previous police complaint also.

One of the injured suffered a fracture injury which can be classified as grievous hurt.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 731 of 2023 is dismissed.
