After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the Deputy Secretary, Department of Technical Education Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 30th December, 2021 for enhancing of monthly remuneration as per relevant Government Order and dispose of the same within four weeks from date after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioners. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from which such order is passed.

W.P.A.3556 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

This order shall be subject to deposit of the deficit court fees by the petitioners within a week from date. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
