The learned Single Judge has set aside Her Ladyship's order dated August 18, 2025, whereby she had granted special leave to appeal.

Now a prayer is made before us for grant of special leave to appeal.

We have heard learned counsel for the appellant/State. The charge was serious being under the Arms Act and the Explosive Substances Act. Having perused the judgment and order under appeal, we are of the view that special leave to appeal may be granted in this case and we, accordingly, do so. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.) (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
