1. A compliance report is filed by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, South Parganas dated May 7, 2025. Let the same be taken on record.

2. According to the same, the alleged contemnor has released both the current and arrear amount of pay, in terms of the Court's order dated December 11, 2024 to the writ petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts as above, the Court finds that there has been substantial compliance of this Court's order dated December 11, 2024 by the alleged contemnor.

4. In such circumstances, the present contempt application being CPAN No. 302 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
