Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the petitioner, points out that at page no. 3 in the seventh line of paragraph 8 of the order, number of writ petition has been erroneously recorded as "W.P. No. 14482(W) of 2018" in place and instead of "W.P. No. 14481(W) of 2018". He also points out that at page no. 4 in the seventh line of paragraph 13 of that order, the word "not" has been omitted in between the words "were" and "issued". These abovementioned errors are clerical and ministerial in nature. Office is directed to make

necessary corrections in the order dated 2nd May, 2025 as pointed out in the preceding paragraph. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
