It appears that the instant application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 15th February, 1989 passed by the learned Trial Court and this application is pending since the year 1989.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present application. So, no purpose will be served by keeping this revisional application alive in the list.

Accordingly no option is left but to dismiss the present case.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. No. 3249 of 1989 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
