Pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that New Township PS Cae No. 21 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 was registered for investigation against the respondent nos. 4 and 6.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have taken steps and the investigation of the case is under progress, I direct that, in case, the accused persons are not traceable, the police authorities would

pray before the jurisdictional Magistrate for issuance of harsher process of law.

As ninety days have passed since the FIR was registered, the police authorities would, preferably within a month from date, send a progress report to the defactocomplainant of the case. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3968 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
