A different Rule, bearing CR 2511 of 1989, was discharged in connection with the same appeal vide order dated May 5, 2026.

However, due to bona fide inadvertence, the present Rule was omitted to be disposed of.

Accordingly, in terms of the order dated May 5, 2026, CR 2512 of 1989 also stands discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
