1. The writ petitioner claims that he applied online within time to participate in the Recruitment Process of the year 2022 based on the TET 2017 conducted by the WBBPE.

2. The writ petitioner is aggrieved that he has not been called for interview.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for the Board that the final panel was published in the same year and has since expired. The writ petition is therefore belated and no relief can be granted to the petitioner in view of inordinate delay and laches.

4. Since the result was published two years ago and the final panel has also expired, no relief can, therefore, be granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
