Counsel for the State, Mr. Chatterjee, produces two charge-sheets, which are taken on record. The order of this Court appears to have been complied with. However, the explanation given for delay in complying with the order is not even remotely satisfactory, and this Court, therefore, rejects the apology tendered by the Counsel for the contemnors. The Investigating Officer of the case is severely reprimanded for his conduct, and shall not repeat the same.

In view of the above, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
