Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the field manager without any connection with regard to the incident.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner recommended fake persons to receive loans from the society. He draws the attention of the Court to the fact that two other co-accuseds were denied anticipatory bail. There are materials in the case diary to establish that the petitioner is the beneficiary of the loan granted by the Society. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1034 of 2022 is dismissed.
