Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that given the progress there is hardly any possibility of the trial concluding any time soon.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was absconding for a considerable period of time. The police case is of 2014 and the petitioner was arrested after proclamation of warrant of arrest.

Considering the gravity of the offence the involvement of the petitioners therein, and the long absconsion of the petitioners we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. CRM (DB) 587 of 2022 is rejected.
