The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated May 8, 2025 by wherein this Court has dismissed the writ application for default.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date fixed, due to sudden illness the petitioner had left the court premises due to which he could not appear before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the petitioner before this Court on May 8, 2025 when the matter was called.

Accordingly, the order dated May 8, 2025 is recalled. WPA 3850 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 7.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
