Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite party within a week from date.

Having regard to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 2nd

Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of Money Suit No. 398/2024 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 589/2026 stands disposed of with the above observation.
