This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, to dispose of Ejectment Suit No. 69 of 2018.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this civil revision application, this Court finds that the injunction application as well as an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending.

From the order dated January 10, 2025 this Court finds that March 3, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the injunction petition and the petition under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the application for injunction and the application for amendment are otherwise ready for hearing.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 573 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, to take up the hearing of the injunction application as well as the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC, on the next date fixed and to make an endeavour to see that the same are disposed of as expeditiously as possible but preferably by the end of July, 2025 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
