Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had assaulted medical personnel who treated the victim. Every death is unfortunate but assaulting medical officer on the ground of death of a relative is not conducive for the operation of the healthcare system in society.

Keeping in mind the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
