The report reflects that Duttapukur Police Station Case No. 148 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 has been registered under the relevant

provisions of law on the basis of the information and statement(s) of the petitioner no.1.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps and initiated a criminal case, the petitioners and/or their witnesses would cooperate with the investigation so that the investigation of the case should be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3803 of 2025 is disposed of.
