Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the oil company submits that this petition has become infructuous. After a penalty was imposed for purported shortage of gas cylinders, the concerned dealer approached the oil company and it paid the penalty in question. Thereafter, the distributorship has again commenced.

As the petitioners are not represented, let the writ petition be dismissed for default.
