A copy of the application dated April 27, 2022 is annexed at page-41A.

Learned counsel appearing for the Public Service Commission (for short "the PSC") hands over a copy of a communication dated May 02, 2023 allegedly made to the petitioner, where the relevant information sought by the petitioner has been disclosed.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is rather different from the information supplied, to the extent that, by way of the query made vide application dated April 27, 2022, annexed at page-41A of the writ petition, the petitioner sought copies of mark-sheets of secondary examination, higher secondary examination etc., whereas, the information disclosed in the communication, filed in court, although refers to the relevant information which might be contained in the said documents, are not copies of the documents sought.

Although the PSC has already given sufficient information, if the petitioner is aggrieved by nonfurnishing of the documents categorically sought in its application, there is no bar for the petitioner to prefer an appeal.

Since the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred appeals against the alleged inaction of the authorities, the appellate authorities are directed to dispose of the said appeals as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from this date.

It is made clear that the merits of the application of the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005 have not been gone into by this court.
