2. Learned Public Prosecutor, learned Legal Remembrancer and the learned advocate appearing for the appellant are present in Court.

3. Appeal is directed against a judgment of acquittal.

4. Appeal was filed on the instructions of the learned Legal Remembrancer through an advocate in the penal of the State.

5. Appeal filed is not in accordance with Section 419 of the BNSS, 2023.

6. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the State may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

7. Learned Public Prosecutor also assures the Court that appropriate steps would be taken against the delinquents involved in the entire process.

8. On such submissions and prayers made on behalf of the learned Public Prosecutor, GA 4 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
