After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2 being the Director of Public Instruction, Education Directorate, Government of West Bengal to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner to the College dated 25th January, 2022 within a period of four weeks from date. The Director of Public Instruction, Education Directorate, Government of West Bengal is being directed to consider since the College cannot decide on the issue.

The respondent no.4 shall be at liberty of hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner before passing the reasoned order which would be made

available to the petitioner within a week from which such order is passed.

W.P.A.3573 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
