The writ petitioners in both the writ petitions seek to withdraw these writ petitions and not to proceed with those any further.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in both these writ petitions has informed that, no interim orders were there in either of the writ petitions. In view of the above, these two writ petitions being WPA 3731 of 2023 and W.P.A. 3729 of 2023 stand "dismissed as withdrawn".

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
