No one appears to represent the writ petitioner and no accommodation has been sought for though Ms. Dutta, learned advocate is present on behalf of the Respondents/bank.

Ms. Dutta submits that the matter has become infructuous.

On perusal of the writ petition it appears that the petitioner preferred this writ petition praying for direction for setting aside of the memos dated 18th August, 2006 and 21st December, 2006 where his prayer for release of arrear salary was turned down. It appears that nothing subsists in the matter. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.
