It appears that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, in compliance with the order dated July 16, 2024, has allowed a part of the building in question to be used for commercial purposes.

In view of the above, there is no justification for keeping this contempt application pending. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated November

24, 2025, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

The order dated November 24, 2025, filed by the Corporation, shall be kept with the records. Accordingly, CPAN 303 of 2025 is disposed of.
