The Court is informed that the petitioner was arrested. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested this morning after filing of the application for grant of anticipatory bail. He refers to an order dated November 14, 2022 passed by the revisional Court. In view of the arrest of the petitioner, we find the present application to be infructuous.

This order will not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate steps.
