The cause title portion of the judgment dated 17th July, 2025 "Rajni Dhaba & Ors." shall be read as "Rajni Dhada".

In the 6th line of 9th Paragraph of the judgment dated 17th July, 2025 "Rs. 2,34,200/-" shall be read as "Rs. 3,71,699/-".

In the 4th line and 9th line of 10th Paragraph of the judgment dated 17th July, 2025 "respondent No.1 to 4/claimants shall be read as "respondent No.2 to 4/claimants".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 17th July, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
