Petitioner is aggrieved that he is being disturbed with the enjoyment of peaceful possession of his property and in spite of informing the police authorities no action has been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have registered English Bazar PS Case No. 329/2025 dated 26.02.2025.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that they have purchased their property and have every right over the property. Additionally it has been submitted that the claim of the petitioner to be

in physical possession is completely denied and disputed by them.

In view of the criminal case having been registered, I direct the police authorities to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion. Having considered that the representation of the petitioner was taken into account by the police authorities, the further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 4014 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
