Mr.

Nayak, learned Counsel appears for the respondent authority.

Heard both the parties.

As the representation dated 20th November, 2019 is still pending, I request the Regional Transport Authority, North 24 Parganas being the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20th November, 2019 at page 53 annexure P10 of the writ petition and pass a reasoned order, as early as possible, preferable

within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing and to allow the petitioner to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The Regional Transport Authority, North 24 Parganas being the respondent no. 3 is also requested to communicate such decision at an earliest.

With the above direction WPA 2841 of 2020 along with the application are disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the writ petition. All the issues are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 3.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
