Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated August 30, 2024 which is corrected as follows.

In the said order "Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta" and "Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta" be read as "Metropolitan Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta" and "Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

This order be treated as part of the order dated August 30, 2024.
