An eyewitness implicates the petitioners before us in an incident of assault where, two persons suffered injuries. Both the injuries inflicted are simple in nature and were by physical assault. None the less, given the history of the earlier two police complaints and the propensity of the petitioners before us in indulging in assault, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 556 of 2024 is dismissed.
